Meet the owner
Hi, I'm Jenna the founder of JNFDinc a 100% indigenous owned business based out of Fredericton NB Canada.
I started this business to share my love for food while providing safe nut-free alternatives and gaining some independence
After losing a big portion of my eyesight 4 years ago and developing a severe nut allergy it became clear you never know what tomorrow will bring. So I decided to follow my dreams; work within my limitations and started a small farmers market booth in 2019.
2 years and a pandemic later I now have a restaurant/bakery and a new line of products in my new Shopify store!!
My promise to you is simple
Fewer Ingredients. All the Flavour
Happy shopping

What is Bannock?
Bannock is a traditional staple in many of turtle islands indigenous communities, it also goes by a couple different names like Fry Bread or Bangs
Bannock was brought to turtle island by Scottish fur traders, the metis people brought the bannock back to their communities while they wintered with their mothers families. From there it quickly became a staple!
After trying this mix it just might become a staple in your home too!

Who did that fire mural in your restaurant?
I was lucky enough to get the ever so talented Samaqani Cocahq (Natalie Sappier) a Wolastoqey Multidisciplinary storyteller from Tobique First Nations, New Brunswick to create my huge 16'X9' mural.
She was able to create this gorgeous piece by blending my culture with the Wolastoqey culture capturing the abundance of nature perfectly.
